About The Position

GardaWorld is hiring a Security Officer for a high-rise location in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on customer service, monitoring and protecting the property, responding to incidents, and reporting activity. Officers conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or suspicious activity, monitor the property for rule infractions, and act as a point of contact during incidents and emergencies. The position requires the ability to respond rapidly in critical situations and read and write detailed reports, as well as to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when appropriate.

Multiple shifts are available. The starting compensation is $17.05 per hour. GardaWorld describes opportunities for advancement and offers access to earned pay through DailyPay as a voluntary benefit.

Requirements

• Must have a driver's license.
• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• State license if required.
