About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a high-rise location in Plano, Texas. The officer provides customer service, patrols the facility perimeter, monitors the property for rule infractions or suspicious activity, and responds to incidents and emergencies. The role requires observing and surveying the assigned area, reporting activity, writing detailed reports, and enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards. A valid driver’s license is required. The listed compensation is $17.05 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. GardaWorld offers DailyPay as a voluntary benefit that provides access to earned pay starting on the first day of work.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Stable work history.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities
