About The Position

Securitas is hiring Security Officers and Guards for full-time and part-time positions, including temporary and permanent roles and temporary holiday positions. No experience is necessary; training is provided. Experienced officers are also needed for lead positions. Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises and patrolling locations, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives. They also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The role includes observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site to help protect client property and personnel. Open interviews are scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 7535 Windsor Drive, 2nd floor, Allentown, PA 18195. No appointment is needed, and all shifts are available. Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently for potentially long periods; duties may involve climbing stairs and walking on inclines and uneven terrain.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is considered a good fit.
Experienced officers are needed for lead positions.
