About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol security officer for a logistics and distribution location in Justin, Texas. The officer will help safeguard the site by conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points and alarm activity, deterring security-related incidents, and providing customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. The role uses communication and technology skills to document activities and respond professionally to changing site needs. The scheduled hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.09 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
Monitor facility access, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
Complete required reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
