About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Alarm Panel Patrol in Corpus Christi, Texas, you will safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, integrity, and teamwork.

This is a full-time position scheduled Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as required by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization according to site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
