About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Souderton, Pennsylvania, you will help safeguard the client by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and reporting security-related concerns. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide dependable customer service. The role includes responding to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site procedures and observing conditions that may pose security or safety concerns. The scheduled shifts are Sunday and Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.62 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location and verify visitor and contractor authorization as directed.
Maintain accurate activity and incident reports.
Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, or potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
