About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Unarmed Observation Patrol in Walton, Kentucky. The officer will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role supports a welcoming environment through routine patrols, incident reporting, and professional interactions. The schedule includes Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and are subject to background and drug screening, as permitted by applicable law. Licensing may be required under state or local rules.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment, if required.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location and perimeter.
Observe for unusual activity and report concerns according to site procedures.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment.
