About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer to safeguard clients across industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role involves carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, responding to emergencies and incidents, and conducting patrols. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The listed pay rate is $24.88 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 3 years of security experience, or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
