About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a construction site in Pryor, Oklahoma. The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and protecting the safety and needs of clients. Officers welcome and assist visitors, control site access, patrol for risks, inspect security equipment, respond to incidents, and communicate security concerns. Multiple shifts are available, with specific days discussed during the interview. The position pays $18 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.
• Must have an Oklahoma CLEET license or be able to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
