About The Position

The Construction Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling assigned premises. The officer observes and reports activities and incidents, safeguards client property and personnel, preserves order, and enforces site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently, including for long periods; climb stairs; and walk on inclines and uneven terrain.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is considered a good fit; no experience is necessary.
