Construction Site Security Officer
About The Position
The Construction Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment at a client site by actively monitoring the premises and patrolling locations. The officer observes and reports activities and incidents, protects client property and personnel, preserves order, and enforces site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The role requires excellent customer service skills and passing a drug screen and background check. Applicants must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers or guards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, potentially for long periods; may involve climbing stairs and walking on inclines and uneven terrain.
- May need to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
