About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Miami, Texas. The role involves driving and foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting a welcoming environment, and providing customer service to employees and visitors. A valid driver’s license is required. The position pays $19.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The stated schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21 or older for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of a background investigation, as permitted by applicable law.
Drug screening, to the extent permitted by law.
Any required state or local security licensing, which may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, equipment storage areas, and the perimeter.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations; follow emergency response procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
Observe and report unusual activity, property damage, access concerns, and operational hazards to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
