About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer in Middletown, Ohio. In this dispatch-focused security role, the officer coordinates security-related communications, monitors alarm and access control systems, and responds to incidents professionally. The role supports customers and on-site teams through clear communication, timely documentation, and attentive service. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at $20.00 per hour. The position includes opportunities to claim additional shifts through the company’s platform.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; a license may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Coordinate security-related communications and monitor alarm and access control systems.
Support customers and on-site teams through clear communication, timely documentation, and attentive service.
