About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer in Cincinnati, Ohio. The officer will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and responding professionally to concerns. The role also involves providing customer service and supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care for people. The position pays $15.00 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, life and AD&D, and disability insurance. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
