As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Napoleon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activity according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or delivery access as directed, and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Support facility operations by observing for equipment issues, spills, restricted area concerns, and/or policy violations, and communicate findings in a timely manner.
