Requirements
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and activities according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and help to verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with site-specific post orders.
- Communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related incidents, operational concerns, and observed policy violations.
