About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Patrol Officer for a retail location in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. This is primarily a driving role that includes routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, responding to security-related concerns, and providing customer service. Candidates must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The position is full time and pays $19.12 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter.
Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to site management or appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
