About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Fulton, Missouri, serving a logistics and distribution location. The officer conducts routine patrols, monitors assigned areas, helps deter incidents, supports access control, and responds to alarm-related activity while providing customer service and clear communication. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.28 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience.

Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, delivery drivers, and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access by checking credentials, verifying authorized entry, and directing visitors and drivers according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notify appropriate personnel, and document observations and actions.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related matters.
