About The Position

As a Security Officer Screening Compliance in Rialto, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. The role includes providing professional customer service and clear communication while supporting efficient operations. The position is full time and pays $18.80 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and Wednesday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations; required licenses may be needed before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or packages in accordance with site policies and access-control procedures.
Inspect assigned screening equipment and areas, report irregularities, and document screening-related observations according to site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
