As a Security Officer- Plasma Center Desk in Denver, CO, you will join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Join Allied Universal in a front desk role where you will welcome visitors, manage access and badges, monitor entry activity, and support a professional, customer-focused location experience. In this stationary post, you will help with security-related awareness through strong communication, attention to detail, and technology use. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid training is preferred and may be completed post hire.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor front desk activity, assist with access control and visitor processing, and communicate with staff and guests regarding site protocols and general questions.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
