As a Security Officer - Reception Desk in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard is required
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting arrivals, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established communication and escalation procedures.
• Answer phones, assist with directions, support lobby operations, and help to coordinate the flow of visitors, deliveries, and/or contractors within the location.
• Complete required reports, incident documentation, and daily activity records related to front desk operations and other security-related responsibilities.
