About The Position

As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in Fontana, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. This unarmed driving role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and helping create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. The position requires a valid driver’s license for the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values integrity.

The position is full time and pays $21.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Sunday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and other security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
