About The Position

As a part-time unarmed patrol associate at a logistics and distribution location in Dallas, Texas, you will help safeguard employees, visitors, and operations. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security concerns, and support a secure environment. The role also involves providing customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture of integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle yards, docks, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and support authorized entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and transport personnel.
Accurately document observations, incidents, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
