About The Position

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution in Fredericksburg, Texas, you will help safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and communication. The role includes responding to incidents and alarms, monitoring facility access, and documenting observations and daily activities. The position is full-time and pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the banking facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity according to site-specific procedures.
Accurately document incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
