About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol in Fontana, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role supports a welcoming environment through customer service and clear communication, while reporting observations and responding to site needs. The position is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials according to site-specific procedures.
• Accurately document patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
