About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol in Clarion, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in healthcare settings. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related needs. The position is full-time and pays $15.00 per hour. The listed schedule is 12:00 AM–8:00 AM on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly, following established site protocols and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing guests and supporting authorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
