Security Officer Patrol Overnights
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol in Jacksonville, Florida. The officer will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and providing customer service and communication. The role supports a welcoming and secure environment by responding to security-related concerns and documenting activity. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The stated schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
- Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents.
- Respond to security-related concerns and document activity.
