In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and employee access as directed, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering basic questions, and communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and/or first responders when needed.
