As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Moses Lake, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Allied Universal Patrol Officer in a public utility location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post where you will support daily operations with integrity, reliability, and teamwork while responding to site needs in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and/or reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or property conditions while communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and the public.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining awareness of the location, reporting maintenance and/or security-related issues, and assisting with routine site responsibilities as assigned.
