About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Bridgeton, Missouri, you will serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. This is an unarmed driving post that involves vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, reporting concerns, and assisting employees and visitors with strong communication and customer service. The role follows site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, as required for driving positions and in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and foot patrols of office, campus, parking, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures, helping deter unauthorized entry and support a professional environment.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications related to security operations.
