About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Draper, Utah, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

The position is full-time and pays $19.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and unusual activities in accordance with site procedures.
• Help deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and adherence to established post instructions.
