Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also support daily operations with strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and integrity in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support vehicle and pedestrian traffic control in accordance with location policies.
• Assist with incident reporting, shift activity logs, and communication with personnel regarding policy questions, facility rules, and other security-related matters.
