As a Dispatch professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor access activity, support routine patrol operations, and help maintain an orderly environment. You will provide responsive customer service, document incidents, and serve as a central point of contact for officers, visitors, and site personnel. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess supervisory experience.
• Type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls, and coordinate the timely routing of security-related personnel and resources across the location.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and shift activity reports in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
