About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Dispatch Radio Coordinator Security Officer in Lancaster, Texas, serving a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role coordinates security communications, monitors activity, and supports timely responses to security-related incidents. It also involves maintaining documentation, providing customer service, and helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The scheduled shifts are Monday and Thursday, 4:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and personnel while carrying out security procedures, site policies, access-control requirements, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, camera systems, and other security technology; receive assistance requests and coordinate responses with on-site personnel and external resources.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and contractor records, and other required documentation according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; escalate concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, and critical infrastructure areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
