About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Zeeland, Michigan, serving a food and beverage production location. The unarmed officer provides customer service while conducting security-related procedures, monitoring access, patrolling facility areas, and responding to incidents. The driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Officers must follow site hygiene, personal protective equipment, and restricted-area requirements. The schedule is overnight: Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.06 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require age 21 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity, access concerns, or facility conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access according to site procedures, and assist with visitor and contractor check-in processes.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Follow hygiene, personal protective equipment, and restricted-area requirements at the food and beverage production location.
