Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver
About The Position
As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in El Paso, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients in retail and other settings. This is a part-time, unarmed patrol position at a retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors. The driving post requires a valid driver’s license. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. A guard card or license is preferred. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Applicable state or local licensing may be required before employment. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and policies and, when appropriate, carrying out emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control, loss prevention support, and other security-related duties as directed by site leadership.
