About The Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer with Allied Universal in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients across assigned locations. This driving post involves conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver customer-focused service while demonstrating agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. The position is full-time and pays $19.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.
Help deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a professional presence and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
