About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer Mobile Driver in Eugene, Oregon, you will safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will conduct patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access activity, and provide customer service and communication. Site conditions may vary and may include limited on-site facilities, such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

The scheduled shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $22.00 per hour. Allied Universal offers access to a shift-claiming platform, paid training, career growth opportunities, a retirement savings plan, and discounts through its Perks Program.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for this driving position.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, building access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials as required.
• Report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation according to company and site requirements.
