Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Greet employees, visitors, and vendors, assist with access control processes, and help to verify identification and visitor sign-in according to site guidelines.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.
Monitor front desk activity, answer questions, document security-related concerns, and report unusual behavior, maintenance issues, and/or access-related events through proper channels.
