About The Position

As a Security Officer Guest Reception in Springdale, Arkansas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a healthcare location. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and provide customer service and communication. You will help maintain a secure environment by responding to security-related concerns and supporting patients, families, and staff professionally. The role is full-time and pays $25.07 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Staff the front desk, greet and assist visitors, provide directions, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor credentials as required, and follow visitor management procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, notifying appropriate personnel or emergency responders as needed.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
