About The Position

As a Security Officer Entry Screening in Brighton, Colorado, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. In this unarmed patrol role with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. The role is full-time and pays $23.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
