Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive screening and documentation practices.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and support daily operations with clear communication and professional presence at assigned access points.
