Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access procedures and security-related policies at an industrial location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
Screen visitors, vendors, deliveries, and/or vehicles in accordance with location protocols, documenting activity and reporting irregularities to site contacts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and communicating security-related concerns.
