Requirements

  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage access control processes, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor entry in accordance with location guidelines.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, assist with directional inquiries, receive deliveries, and support front desk administrative tasks that help to maintain orderly daily operations within a financial services location.
  • Prepare accurate logs, reports, and/or incident documentation related to security-related concerns, visitor activity, and front desk observations.
