Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk of a residential location.
  • Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, and documenting visitor entry according to site-specific protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate front desk logs, reports, and other required documentation related to daily activity and security-related events.
  • Observe lobby and entry activity and report unusual behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to help support order at the location.
