Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols for a media and technology-focused location.
  • Monitor lobby activity, manage access control processes, verify credentials, and/or assist with visitor registration in support of security-related policies.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Answer phones, provide directions, receive deliveries, and/or support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.
  • Document daily activity, visitor information, and/or incident details accurately and report concerns through appropriate communication channels.
