About The Position

As a Security Officer Driving in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Ability to ride a bike is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
Monitor radio, telephone, camera, and/or alarm activity, receive calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in logs and reports, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, relaying instructions, and helping support timely follow-up from field personnel and/or emergency services.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting security-related concerns, access issues, and/or areas that may need additional attention.
