As a Security Officer Driving Required in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site expectations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor entry points, observe building activity, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to property management and/or emergency contacts as appropriate.
Support daily operations by assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and after-hours building checks while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
