About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and support visitor management processes to help maintain orderly operations at the location.
  • Support Allied Universal and site leadership by preparing clear reports, reporting hazards or suspicious behavior, and following post orders, client policies, and incident response procedures.
