As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this driving post, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, manage access control and badge processes, and help respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and teamwork. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and when appropriate, emergency response communications.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, relay information to assigned personnel, and document security-related activity in a timely manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication between on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records related to incidents, visitor activity, badge or credential concerns, and other location procedures within a highly regulated aerospace and defense location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
